Drug abuse has got do so much with law enforcement. With increase in number of drug abusers everyday, state needs to take the blame for liberal view on drug smuggling . Drug abusers and smugglers deserve severe form of punishment and there are no punishments that are severe enough to prevent people from repeating shameful acts.
